I have a work background in discipleship ministry and education. In those roles, I developed volunteer recruitment processes, leadership development programs, training materials, and communication processes.
I have always been passionate about creative and effective administration that creates room for authentic and clear communication.
I know that when healthy administrative processes are in place, there is more freedom to think creatively, dream, and plan for what’s next. When I worked in college and children’s ministries, I would develop the administrative processes, do all of the administrative work, and also cast vision, teach, write…and honestly I didn’t mind it.
However, from experience, I know that is a lot to handle and usually the creative side of work would have to take a back seat to administrative tasks. So, I hope to be able to step into that administrative space for you and take some things off your plate so you can thrive in your creative space.
